Appleaday is run by nutritional therapist/iridologist Monica Watson-Peck. The aim of nutritional therapy is to address illness and achieve optimal health through dietary and lifestyle changes. Monica offers 1:1 consultations in her clinics in Poole and Wimborne, Dorset, as well as in the home if required. She also gives company presentations on achieving better health and performance in the workplace, runs regular health workshops and talks as well as healthy cooking days. Through her newsletter, social media and her website she shares new research, knowledge and insight into food and natural supplements which can support one and all in the quest for better health.
